Please let me know how to export community builders users from joomla 2.5 to joomla 3.2.

You can export the users from 2.5, then import into 3.2. You can import the encrypted passwords.

If the CB fields are the same in 3.2, you won't have to edit the CSV file, otherwise open it in LibreOffice and delete the columns that don't exist in 3.2

Optionally, you can use your CPanel database manager ( usually PHPMyadmin) as follows:
* make sure you have the latest CB and CB plugin versions in 2.5 and 3.2
* replace the _user and all _comprofiler tables in the 3.2 database with those from the 2.5 database ( making sure that table prefixes are correct first )
* delete usertype column in the 3.2 _user table
* add 3 columns to 3.2 _user table
* `resetCount` ,int(11), no null, default 0
`optKey` ,varchar(1000),no null
`otep` ,varchar(1000),no null
* passwords and user ids will now be the same in 3.2 as they were in 2.5
