I can't import users

I can't import users was created by webbmary
I want to import a CSV list who I have exported throw CB Juice on an other site who uses Community Builder. I choose the menu option: "Process CSVs" under CB Juice , then I click Browse at "File to import" and choose my file. I choose "Add mode" and then I'm forvarding to an new page where it says:

But no users is imported! What am I doing wrong?

Are you getting messages for each user that the username or email is not unique?

Yes, but only one, my user:
"Webbmary is not unique"
Then all users are shown as:
"Name name@email.com Password is hashed, not possible to load"
Did I do anything wrong when I saved the CSV at my old site?

Either delete the password column or put a checkmark in the box "Use HASHED Passwords retrieved from another site:"
