Hello and thank you for your message,
As you can notice we edited our last post as the email finally arrived to the registered user.
The problem is that the Excel version we use seems to automatically convert in UTF-8. Is it possible we send you the original Excel file (.xlsx) and then you convert it for us?

Yes you can send me the excel file privately and I'll convert it.
Procedure is:

- In Excel, save as CSV ( Comma Delimited , not MS-DOS or Macintosh)
- Open CSV file with Notepad++
- Select Encoding / Convert to UTF-8 and then Save
