Have you read the sticky? Have you cleared the "jos_menu" table from orphaned "uddeim" entries (its a bug in Joomla that it creates false entries sometimes)? Then install "_j16_english_only" package from a local folder.

It is not a uddeIM problem, so when above fails use a fresh installed Joomla 1.7 to install uddeIM 2.5beta.

I have read the sticky, I did the clearing of the jos_menu entries. Tell you what though I will do it one more time, and see what happens.

Granted uddeIM does work, I just have no way to administrate it once I am off that screen.

Will post back when I am done.

So I did it one more time, and it appears for some reason it wasn't being executed right. Figured it out that it was the jos_ prefix and the tmp directory permissions where wacky.
