Does anyone know a way of removing users from the userlist that have a permission level of 'Registered'?

We have a user level above registered whom members of this level and above should only have access to the message functionality.

In the front-end this works fine, only users above Registered can access messaging however all Community Builder users (regardless of level) are visible in the User List.

I have tried using the Block plugin but this appears to have no effect.

I have also used the Components -> uddeim -> User List to try and prevent Registered users by selecting locked. If a Registered user receives a message (Which they shouldn't) then a notification of this appears on their home page and if this is selected then they are notified of the block.

Registered users should not receive messages and not be notified on their home page, any user level above registered should be able to use messaging.

Sorry to waffle on but I wanted to makes sure I covered all the bases.

There are some possibilities:

1) You can block certain groups.
2) You can hide certain users from the userlist (these are not blocked but hidden).
3) You can set uddeIM menu link to "Special" users only.
4) You can block certain message boxes manually (edit user settings in backend).

I have different type of user groups on Joomla.. how do i allow for example "Allowed PM" user groups to be listed on the all users link?

For now every registered users is shown.. I am using 3.4
