The form of quick messages are not available to guests (it was not shown) was created by TrancEuphoria
There was a problem:
the form of quick messages are not available to guests (it was not shown ). How to fix? According to the "factory settings", guests can send messages, as evidenced by the choice of CAPTCHA for Guest ...
all plug-ins are included, everything works (with one profile to another, quick messages can be sent), but the form is not available for guests

- CommunityBuilder 1.9.1.

Quick message is only shown to registered users because of security reasons.
Public users can write messages when you have the Public Users Frontend Plugin installed.
