uddeim auto send email notification when article published was created by faiiaf
Regarding problem as captioned title, as a newbie I did Google search many times but cannot find solution.

every time published article the system will auto send an email notification to all users with the content as follows. Even all components and plugins are disabled, it still sent to all users.

If Uddeim was unistalled, then no email message will be sent. could anyone help? Thanks!

Wrong forum. com_messages is a Joomla component not uddeIM.
Your problem is not uddeIM related.
