Solved! uddeIM Notifier module displays wrong time was created by lilith-alexiel

I'm using uddeIM Notifier in a joomla 3.3.6 installation.
All the messages sent are nine hours behind our current timezone.

joomla displays the right time (15:35, CET or UTC+2)

How can I correct the timezone (there are no setting options regarding the time) :dry:
