I have no idea since there have been no code change.

Do you use a SEF component that includes uddeIM?
Have you tried to clear the cache (when you use one)?

Please also try to recreate the menu link to uddeIM. If this fails please deinstall and reinstall uddeIM and create a complete new menu link.

hello and think for your help . L find the solution and you are reason : l have completly uninstall mod and com uddeim and after l install the new version (3.7) and now it work : l send message withoud disconnection : thinks again

l m sorry , l don't find solution with more support joomla and l permit to task question, : my website is impossible to connect beetween 00-00 and 07 o'clock (french hour) only in frontend and from mainpage with CB login , are you idea ?
