1) the Plugin has Broken links in Inbox on extreme right.

SEF/.htaccess problem or maybe an outdated menu link to uddeIM after upgrade (see FAQ).

2) The user connection request PM has a link to the user profile but it re-directs to user's self profile.

This message is not generated by uddeIM nor the component itself is involved.

3)When you click on compose to compose a new email, the show user link is broken and not clickable.

In my optinion a javascript error / conflict with another component / template.

Since your lastpost i have tried to un-install and re-install and re-created the menu link. and that did help resolve most of the broken links except for the 2nd point also i notice a new issue please check the screenshot.

The "Connections" problem is not an uddeIM issue but CB one.

there are 2 send private message ikons, seems like a dual install of this option in joomla.

Also how to deal with the issue of wrong re-direction to the users own profile when other users name is clicked in connection request ?

Have you enabled both the CB PMS and the uddeIM PMS plugin?
