Link for user's Profile goes to GroupJive, not user's CB profile, from UddeIM

This is for a Joomla 3.4 / Kunena 4.0 / CB 2.0 / GJ 2.7 site.

When viewing the Inbox in UddeIM, clicking on a user's name or picture takes you to the GroupJive component, rather than to their profile in Community Builder. Images of a user, and the URL it links to, are included below:

From UddeIM (Issue):

From Kunena (Correct):

Have you selected CB in uddeIM back-end (integration tab)?

UddeIM uses
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=xxx
and translates this using the Joomla framework into a SEF url.
Have you installed a SEF component that might cause the troubles? Is .htaccess correctly configured?

No SEF extensions, no. Can't imagine any issues with .htaccess, as it's been working on the site for years, and no changes have been made.

Any thoughts on this? Changing the Integration tab to something other than CB does change the URL, but it does not resolve the issue (since I need CB to be the active choice).

I have also noticed that UddeIM uses the default image provided by CB for the Profile Pic, even when I have chosen a new default in CB 2.0.10.
