The time zone of messages is not correct, the time zone should be the time zone of the receipent. As mentioned in the post below :-

I am using version3.7

how do i correct the time in the messages,so that the time displayed is actually the recepients time?

The code is already there. When you modify the code please post a patch file so others may benefit from your modifications.

i am not sure what exactly needs to change to reflect the right timezone for the recipient i was referring to the old post where you suggested some code changes for an older version.
