I've created a testsite with protostar template, and the default uddeim template, but I still don't see autocomplete appear.
I've set it to 'do not load mootools (use meio).
J 3.5.1

It's J3.5.1 running on PHP7.
I've tried both protostar and a joomspirit template, both show the same.

The MooTools (mootools-core.js:164) based autocompleter does not work with Joomla 3.x. Please use MEIO instead.

I thought that looked odd too, it's ALREADY set to 'do not load mootools (Use MEIO instead)'.
