There is a second bug:

Line 49: Replace

$sql  = "SELECT count(id) FROM `#__uddeim`".$where;

with

$sql  = "SELECT count(id) FROM `#__uddeim` AS ufrom".$where;

i have nor change to version 3.9 and it can now view æøå

But i it still

give fail:

1054 Unknown column 'ufrom.username' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT count(id) FROM `#__uddeim` AS ufrom WHERE ufrom.username LIKE 'b%' AND `delayed`<>0

Sorry, it is a very nasty bug. Please download the Premium Package 3.9 again. It should work now.

Now it is not give any fail,

but when my user send Message, there is not shows up ind the Message Control Plugin
