I found a tiny mishap when I add the premium plugins, and activate the report spam button.
It inserts a <br> between the 'forward' and 'report' button.
Looking at the code:

I've circumvented the problem with this CSS:
.uddeim-messageactionlink-spam {margin-top: -1.2em;}

Removing it might cause problems for other sites using UDDEIM where they've also solved it by doing this, but it looks wrong

I found a few more of these in the layout, that I fixed with this:
#uddeim-writeform > br, #uddeim-pagenav > br {display: none;}
