Plan: only 1 subscription allowed per user

User chooses the plan and confirms payment by offline payment. Basket will be created in state "Pending".
Then user comes back to the website and see, that his plan is not being paid. He clicks on "Pay now". The complete offline payment procedure starts again and a new basket will be created.

Now more than 1 basket in state "pending" exist for the same plan / user, even if subscription is only allowed one time. Admin has no idea how many "real" transactions are being made.

If a user comes back to the page, the "Pay now" Button should only handle payment and not create new baskets.
