Exemple :
I have 2 items in my backend, in this order :
- plan 1 : 20€
- plan 2 : 30€

If I create a promotion for plan 2
And if I buy plan 1 + plan 2 : my promotion is not applied.


So I go back in admin, and I change plan ordering, like that :
- plan 2 : 30€
- plan 1 : 20€

Now I buy plan 1 + plan 2 : my promotion is applied.


Why plan ordering change the rules for appliing promotions ?
