Hello,

I want to add some js to interact with our app server to populate a field in a form in our signup flow.

How might I do this?

I can not find a screen that allows me to view the actual html for the forms

CBSubs form? You mean on the credit card page or invoice page? CBSubs doesn't handle registration, CB does. Are you wanting to populate a CB field on registration? Please be more specific as to what you're wanting to do.

Yes Kyle you have it,

As part of the registration process I want to use js to call my app server to get some data and then use that data to set the value of text field

I see, you can use CB Auto Actions with the before registration form display trigger in a Code action. You'll want to set the mode to jQuery then use AJAX to call your app server and update the fields input once the AJAX call completes.
