[SOLVED] CBSubs: Paid members showing as both Registered and [Paid] Members

9 years 1 month ago - 9 years 1 month ago #259937 by szoloroz
Hi,

I'd like to have the the paid members as Members (group) only after registration and payment and the registered only users as Registered.
The latter is in place at the moment, but the paid members are displayed as "Registered, Members" (belonging to both groups) in the User groups column in User manager.
I am sure it's only a matter of un-ticking a box, I just can't find it.

Thank you in advance,
Babi

CBSubs won't remove Registered unless a plan is configured to manage it. So you'll either need to have a plan that manages Registered or you could use CB Auto Actions and the below trigger and conditionals usage in a Usergroup action to manage your usergroups.

Plan Active
Triggers: onCPayUserStateChange
User: Automatic
Access: Everybody
Conditional 1: [var3] Equal To PLAN_ID_HERE
Conditional 2: [var2] Equal To A

Plan Expired
Triggers: onCPayUserStateChange
User: Automatic
Access: Everybody
Conditional 1: [var3] Equal To PLAN_ID_HERE
Conditional 2: [var2] Equal To X

Replace PLAN_ID_HERE with the ID of the plan you want the action to act on.
