Let me explain. A new user needs to have at least a link to add a New Forum Topic in his managed profile CB Forum Tab, because it appears all empty and has no way to do it explicitly.

How can I set this in CB Forum Tab ?.

Note: I am using Kunena 4.

You can't, CB Forums is entirely for display purposes only. You need to have a menu link to Kunena where they can then create a new topic.
