Existing username was created by fabioweb90
Hello,
if you try to recover password with my email fabiotoscano90@gmail.com here www.seratadigala.com/sviluppo/it/cb-forgot-login/lostpassword
i get as result that username does not exist...
At the same time if i try to register with fabiotocano90@gmail.com i get that username already exists... How is it possible?

You can't use forgot login on a super users account.

Ok but the problem is that i get email already registered but in backend doesen't exists...

Joomla does the duplicate username/email check. So it must exist in Joomla. The user probably exists in Joomla, but not CB. Meaning your tables are out of sync. Run the User Synchronization tool within CB > Tools and see if they show up in CB > User Management or check if they exist in Users > Manage.

okay now i get another error but i have a question first..
I get noticed.. "Username already existing"
This means that if a user try to register with "fabioweb" get this alert right?

Yes, you can not have 2 users with the same username. Both Username and Email are unique in Joomla.This means that if a user try to register with "fabioweb" get this alert right?
