plan output issue was created by pranaydhruv
Dear team,

I am trying to develop my own custom login module just for displaying some information for the logged in registered users. I am wanting to add a thumbnail of their Avatar. I see the thumbnail used in CB login module but cant find its table in the TB, if i use the avatar i then have to resize it , Please suggest the best way.

I read through this post but this didn't work for me.:-

Use a Joomla layout override for CBs login module then select your custom layout within the CB Login module. There's no need to make an entirely new module.

docs.joomla.org/Layout_Overrides_in_Joomla

If it's just meant for logged in users you could use a CB Content Module where you'd supply your HTML. CB Content Module supports substitutions as documented below.

www.joomlapolis.com/documentation/279-community-builder/tutorials/18353-using-substitutions-throughout-cb

Avatar substitution with thumbnail size and clickable is as follows.

[cb:userfield field="avatar" reason="list" /]
