[SOLVED] Can't save CBsub general plugin settings I get a "permission to access" error

7 years 3 months ago - 7 years 3 months ago #290138 by nsmhorg
I just uploaded a new install of CB and CB Paid Subs. When I try to save the CBsubs plugin Settings tab I get:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /nsmh/administrator/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.

Therefore the setting icon shows "Settings not yet set"

The Subscriptions do not show on the registration page.

Everry thing else seems ok.

That's likely due to mod_security. Please contact your host and have them check mod_security logs. That'd be a false positive that they'd need to fix.

Thank you, my hosting company is working on it. They are on the third effort.

I need to get to work, I need to change the "Select global registration and free subscriptions settings:" in the Settings icon. Can I edit these fields in the database? If so, where are the mysql fields?
