I remember that this has worked in the past? Anyway:
So, I have a user that is buying some merchandise. But he does not finish the payment process, and his basket is left as "not initiated" in the backend.
I would like the user, when he logs in next time to be transferred to the payment basket again to be able to finish his payment.
Is that possible?
Thanks!

Should do that automatically if you don't have some sort of other login redirect in place. It should always redirect them to any unpaid baskets on login. It however looks like this behavior doesn't trigger unless "Show subscription plans at registration" is enabled in CBSubs > Settings > Global.

Only other reason I can think of for it to not redisplay is the basket is expiring the same time or before they're logging in. Try using a test user and starting the purchase process for your merchandise plan by reaching the basket. Next immediately logout then back in and see if it takes you to the basket.

Hm, I checked, the basket is definitely still valid. Also I have set a very long basket expiry time.
Could it be a problem that we are talking about merchandise?
