I have multiple plans enabled so user can add plans not just upgrade!

Where to Edit /change "Upgrade" to "Purchase" on subscription plan page?

Is it CB Subs Language File or CB Language FIle?

I cannot find ... Please Help

You'll have to override that language string. See the below on how to use the language override and language string finder.

You should just need to override the string "Upgrade".
