How can you create a menu item that allows the Admin to register a new user from the front end?
On the site self registration is switched off as only members of the gym can have an account, so the Admin create and account for each new member that comes through the door.

You can't, you'd have to log out and go through normal registration process.

You maybe able to force it using a Registration action in CB Auto Actions then submitting a form to it like an RS Forms form or some other custom form. Can be a complicated process to setup and depending on how complex your registration is it won't really work well. We'll eventually have some more user management on frontend, but I don't know when.
