CBSubs Import Subscriptions

CBSubs Import Subscriptions was created by RobGG
Hi,
We have imported a significant number of current subscriptions into a new website using CBSubs Import Subscriptions using the CSV File (userid, planid, status, subscription date method.
Some of our entries have the incorrect date and we wish to delete them, using either the X = Expired, or C= Unsubscribed/Cancelled status. (or we can replace the subscription date if there is another method). The date/time is still required for status X or C but what value? The value input on the subscription start date? or something else. I am getting several errors on testing, 1. "error message = 4" and 2. "Call to a member function get() on null". I have read the section in the manual but it is no help on this issue.

Regards, Robert

You can directly edit their dates within CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the ID column. This lets you modify the subscription record directly or I suppose you could also do so directly in _cbsubs_subscriptions table. This isn't normally recommended if the subscription has already passed its information to the gateway, but in the case of imports it won't be a problem.
