Our plans are set up so that the user must be approved before they can log in and pay. However, today we have had two users who were able to pay before we approved them. It would appear our settings are no longer working. Do you know how I can check/revise this?

Edit your plans and ensure "User Approval by Moderator" is set to "Yes, before payment (override CB)". There's no bypassing this that I am aware of and this behavior wasn't changed anytime soon. If they registered using CB Connect and you are not using the pre-filled form then yes they will bypass confirmation and approval unless CB Connect is configured not to.

Maybe contact those users and ask what process they went through to pay before being approved by a moderator as I've no idea how they skipped that process.

The unpaid basket on login display isn't working right as it should be checking to make sure they're active first. Looks like we already have a bug ticket to fix this.
