Noticed the PHP error log has been filling up with warnings (since PHP7.1)
there are various and sundry pages that pull some "legacy" library functions, among them CB's own /subscribe-option.

Please disable SEF and provide the URL beginning with index.php as is I've no idea what page you're on that's causing that based off your SEF menu alias.

We've 2 usages of that function in CB it self and looks like 3 in CBSubs. New builds for both should be available sometime today. It however probably should not have been generating a warning as far as I can tell based off our usages.
