Where can i change the mail template for the login / password reminder ? I search the CB language file without finding it...

You can override any language string within CB using language overrides shown below.

If you're unsure what the language key is you can use the built in language finder shown below.

The strings you're wanting to change specifically have the below language keys.
UE_NEWPASS_SUB
