I fully understand the point and how CBsubs functions.

We decided to keep this product because of all the good job that you guys do and believe me, that's not that easy to convince people inside that everything will eventually be fixed for CBsubs

But I believe that you go the right way by moving the way you do and, even if it's very frustrating not being able to answer our own customers or getting the right feature quickly, it's at the same time very reassuring to have a product on which we can rely for the business and very very very professional people like Joomlapolis team.

This being said and now that CB has moved to bootstrap 4, we hope that you'll have some time to enhance CBsubs for these business needs.
