About VAT field into basket page of CB Subscription

5 years 9 months ago #305785 by lucablue
Hi,
I've another problem, maybe a bug, with CB Subscription.
When I go into the basket page with the plan insert into it, there are my data taken from my account of the website. There is no VAT field, even if into the global configuration page I've set it to the registration field I've created to insert it.

If I click on "Change invoice information" in that page, this field appear just for half a second and then disappear again.

Result: the user cannot insert or confirm his VAT number and I, as administrator, cannot see it but I go into his user page from backend of CB.

Any idea?
Thank you

It only asks for VAT if you supply a Company name. Invoice Address fields are only maintained specifically from the basket page. They can be synchronized from a field value if you want, but that only happens once and is configured in CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices.

Yes, as you can see in the picture, I've set the VAT field with my cb_codicefiscale that is present in registration form.

The problem is that not appears into basket page...
If I enter the company name appear a blank field, not sync, but I need it for companies and personal ( in Italy is Codice Fiscale) to create my invoice.

The sync only happens once typically after registration or on first purchase if their invoice address hasn't synchronized yet.
