Yet another attempt to update Community Builder failed--we've come to expect that. But clicking the button "Get CB Plugins from CB team" yields a 404 page not found error

Believe I've tracked down what's causing this. Refresh install from web tab (link is bottom right of the tab) and retry. Should work fine now.
