Error The User xxxx is not enabled was created by bins
My colleague, who is a system admin, got the above message when he logged in yesterday.
xxxxx is his email address!
Why would this happen?

No idea, there is no such error in CB. It looks like the below language string in AcyMailing.
SEND_ERROR_APPROVED="The User %s is not enabled"
