How do I enable users to add their social network IDs? Cannot find this anywhere.

It's not possible to edit the CB Connect fields directly in profile edit. That would allow people to link to a social account that doesn't belong to them. They need to use the Link buttons in your CB Login Module to link social accounts with their existing login. If linking is enabled though then the buttons to link should display in profile edit perfectly fine.
