Hello,

We started having users contact us this week to tell us they are unable to upload their .pdf files in the application form. They receive an error message. I looked into this further and they are correct. For some reason, it has stopped working. And also, the font is incredibly small. Help!

Here is me uploading the documents:

Here is the error message I receive after hitting the apply button:

Does it work during profile edit? Does it work if not marked required? Regarding small font please see my reply below.

Hi Krileon,
We have performed some test and all is working from the back end profile edit and from the front end profile edit but not when a user performs the registration.
We were able to sort out the issue with the font size. Any help with the upload would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,

Are you applying any conditions to the field with CB Conditional? Try disabling those conditions or unpublishing CB Conditional and see if issue persists. The error you're seeing is being thrown from PHP side of the validation.

Hi Krileon,
That plugin was never enabled so I am pretty positive that it is not that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,

If the file field is marked required and you're viewing registration there shouldn't be a dropdown to select what to do. Something would have to be altering the guest user object and setting a value for the field for it to be doing that. Try creating a new file field just below those and marking it required and see if it displays correctly. If it does mark the other 2 as not required and see if the new one works fine. I'm not sure what has happened with your existing file fields.
