[SOLVED] Recaptcha missing was created by bins
Up until yesterday, we had antispam/recaptcha running at registration. Then, it stopped displaying the image, so potential members could not get past the first registration page.
I switched it off last night and got a dozen spammer registrations!
Joomla & CB are up to date as of this morning. No new J! extensions have been added.
Any thoughts as to what might have happened?
EDIT: I have added the code for select2, but that field is not on the registration.

Seams to still be working fine in my tests. Press F12 to open your browsers developer console and see if any errors are present under the Console tab. Google reCaptcha is JS based so if there are fatal JS errors present it will fail to load.

You've a fatal JS error where you're trying to use cbselect without it being loaded. The instructions for the auto action will cause it to load on registration and profile edit, but you need to be sure you've set the parameter "Plugins" under the "Code" and "Plugin URLs" parameters to "cbselect" so that CB Select jQuery plugin will load. If you don't need it on registration then also remove the before registration display trigger from your auto action.

So, I removed 'onBeforeRegisterFormDisplay' from Global/Triggers and all seems OK.
