On www.joomlapolis.com/memberships , at the bottom, you disabled the clicks on lower plans.
Is this is a built-in function in CBSubs?
How can I do that?

We're using CBSubs IF substitution conditions to condition different HTML. CBSubs isn't actually disabling them. It's just showing different HTML based off subscription status. See the below for some examples of how to use CBSubs IF substitutions anywhere Joomla content prepare is supported.
