Unfortunately there's no way to do that at this time. There's no conditions available for renewals. You can only condition upgrades and new subscriptions. Only way I can think of to do what you're wanting is to use 1 plan then alter its price with a negative promotion using CBSubs Promotions so they never have to change plans, but this would limit how you could utilize CBSubs to provide different access based off plan.
