We are experiencing an unexplained anomaly on our site following a server migration.

In CB, when a user goes to the "forgot username or password" link, they are unable to send their username or password via the button on the page. When you click the button, nothing happens.

Formerly, when you clicked on either the Lost Username or Lost Password checkboxes, the text would change underneath them. Now, all the text is there all the time, and does not hide based on checkboxes.

Apologies. Third-party optimization plugin was causing issues (JCH Optimize). Deactivating solved it.
