No CB Emails with offline payment was created by zahmundzornig
We have a subscription free of charge and paid memberships (gateway Paypal und offline payment).

The email process for the free subscription works fine.
The email- and payment process with Paypal works fine.

But the offline payment email process didn´t work. I get the final payment landing page but the mails with the payment instructions and the register emails (mail adress confirmation and welcome mail) did not sent. Is there a problem with the email sequence?



At the bottom is a red bar, looks like a error message without text. Don´t know if this is relevant.

Any ideas what blocks the email processing for offline payment?
The global system mailing, uddeim or acymailing works fine. So I think it´s a CB Subs setting.

CBSubs requires payment before email confirmation or user approval. This means until the subscription becomes active it doesn't send any emails. You can change this behavior under the Workflows of your tab so users must be confirmed and approved before they can pay. You can also optionally configure the offline payment gateway to make their subscription active immediately (like free plans) within the offline payment gateways parameters.
