Not yet. CB doesn't install on Joomla 4 at this time.

We were waiting for Beta 1 and to start tests and adaptations in cooperation with other Joomla developers.

And then continued compatibility will not be guaranteed before features-freeze and Joomla 4 RC1.
Joomla 4 is awesome and great news for Joomla. Joomla 4 beta 1 is great for tests, but it's too early to use it for new sites.

Joomla 4 Beta 1 is now out, we have installed it to test it on our server and it does indeed look good.
Let me know when you have a CB version that we can pop on to see and test for you.
