Hi, is it possible to directly update the plugins throught the "update from web" option?
I just see the "buy" button, but I already have a membership

Yes, be sure CB itself is up to date (download and update manually if necessary) and install from web should be a lot more reliable. If still having issues please see the below regarding using a Site Key so install from web can reliably identify who you are.
