We are looking to change the welcome email body for each plan or just disable the welcome email for a certain plan.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean you want per-plan registration welcome emails as in the welcome email configuration in CB > Configuration > Registration? There isn't really any functionality for that. You'd need to empty the welcome email subject and body then configure per-plan emails within your CBSubs plans under their presentation tabs.
