Seams to work fine in my tests, but you're also applying a format override to the date field it seams. Please specify if it's a Date or Datetime field specifically and provide the format override you're using for that field.

Ok, was able to confirm there's an issue with that client side validation check for repeated rows. The initial row seams to work fine reliably in my tests so probably a jQuery binding issue. Note server side validation will still block it and does in my tests.
