3 years 6 months ago #321006 by daedalusteks
Setting up paypal with subs and had this error. Although Payment did go through, would want to know if this can be rectified. Also there is no record of payment as well.

Goes to url thechronicbrickroad.com/index.php/my-account/available-subscriptions?cbpgacctno=4&cbpbasket=4&do=gw&result=success&cbpid=cbp5f8a00cdd6330410403203&amt=24.99&cc=USD&cm=4&item_name=Basic%20Rollers%20Box%20for%20daedalusteks&item_number=M5-42-1&st=Completed&tx=8XY3971346859813B

States no suitable basket, which is weird.

Can we haz helpz?

I assume you're using the standard PayPal gateway included. Typically a 4020 error means a configuration error. Verify all the following are correct.

PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID)
PayPal Main receiver account (email) (if Business is different from your main account)
Your PayPal Identity Token

For "PayPal Business" I suggest setting this to the Merchant ID that PayPal provides. "PayPal Main receiver account (email)" should always be set to the email address marked Primary. "Your PayPal Identity Token" is copy-error prone where you may have leading/trailing spaces or only part of the string copied so be sure that's correct as that is typically what is causing this issue.
