Enable Joomla debug mode and retry the same steps. This will let me know the actual line number the error. Looks like an error in CB Conditional, but am not setting any problems with CB Conditional in my tests.

Looks like you've a REGEXP condition on a tab or field, but didn't provide valid REGEXP. Please check any conditioned tabs or fields you have and review your REGEXP conditions to ensure you're providing valid REGEXP. Have added a bug ticket to see if CB Conditional can more elegantly detect this to avoid it breaking JS.

Do you have a memo on the correct spelling for regex expression :
I have doubts about using ( is regex ) for a field written like : SPORT / ORDONNANCE
Other doubts come from a field REGEX : [1|2] don't know if [ anbd ] are troubling
