Copy file failed Installing a package: There was an error installing the Update extension

That means PHP isn't able to copy a file. This usually means a permissions problem somewhere. Unzip the package and install 001_pkg_communitybuilder_2.5.0+build.2021.04.29.15.02.30.7d834e754.zip from within /extensions/packages through Joomla installer and see if it still fails to see if it's a copy issue in package installer or if it's impacting Joomla itself.

I did what you told me to do but then I have a problem because nothing works as before. It's like if there was no conditional at all and like french disappear;

Can you tell me more about it. Shall I have to set all package one by one ?

I've no idea what you mean by this.

Can you tell me more about it. Shall I have to set all package one by one ?

Did installing CB from the /extensions/packages folder output any errors or did it install fine? You should be able to just update through install from web in CB > Plugin Management > Install New Plugin > Install From Web.

You may have a leftover broken package installer somehow if permissions were originally messed up. Within Extensions > Manage search for "package installer" and if the CB package installer exists uninstall it.

Thanks for your help;
I uploaded the 001_pkg...file but then when looking at the Community Builder: Plugin Management list it appears that many component were like if they haven't by loaded as shown on the screen shot. All of them where actives before the update.

There's something very wrong with your Joomla install. CB completely failed to install. That seams entirely like a permissions problem preventing Joomla from copying the files over. Please PM backend super user login credentials using the link in my signature and will take a look.
