Hi,

I am using CBuilder and extensions including Autoactions in a 1200 members community since 2016 without problem (thanks a lot).

Since I installed the CBSubs in mid-december, my password was randomly lost three times (including once where my site was offline so I wasn't able to use the Joomla reset password system - scarry !!). It seems it happened a few times to some users since too.

Each time, the password is lost but the Joomla reset password system works so the profile is not broken, just the password.

I am using several AutoAction - I noticed the "reload user" button in AutoAction paramterers (see picture) but I am not sure about what is does or when it is necessary.

Any idea ?

Only way I can see that happening is something is triggering a user save with a password in the user object. I can't see a reason CBSubs would do this. Can you recall any common thing happening around the time the password gets reset? e.g. subscription expired, auto action fired, etc..

It reloads the user object into a new user object instead of using the one provided by the trigger that the auto action is depending on.

Hello

thank you for your answer.
After chekin it seems that it happened only to two users who made several mistakes and had to change their profil subscriptions several times in a short time. So maybe the profile itself was uncorrect somewhere.
Anyway, keep lonnking but it didn( happened again.

Thank you also for the explanation about "reload user" button in AutoAction parameters. I understand it better now.
