[SOLVED] Field updates triggering onAfterUserUpdate when they're not supposed to was created by LasagnaLove
On our website, users can update parts of their profile. When they do so, certain fields are changing that are not supposed to. I've looked through all our AutoActions and cannot find anything that would cause these fields to change (they are reverting back to their default value). Is there somewhere else I can look besides the Auto Actions plugin that would be triggering this? In Field Management, the fields themselves have nothing to indicate they would be changed by an update.

By reverting to default value do you mean they're becoming empty again? Are you using CB Conditional on those fields? Fields hidden by CB Conditional by default will reset to empty. You can turn this off within that fields conditions if you don't want it resetting.

The value is changing from 1 to 0, which is the value of that field when the user originally sets up their profile. After they have watched a welcome video, it sets to 1. When they update any part of their profile, it resets to 0 and they have to watch the welcome video again. It is not hidden by any CB Conditional.

It did have something to do with them being on the Edit Profile. The user doesn't need to edit them at all, so when I took them off that page, they stopped resetting. Thanks!
